Amidst all of these productions is a small, family-owned and operated gem of unmatched quality- Bijou Fine Chocolate! The married couple responsible for these amazing chocolates are swiss-trained chocolatiers who together bring a level of expertise and quality that Vermont has not seen until now. This small, local business truly is amazing. The family is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the service there is excellent.

  Amazing chocolate and pastries. I always stop in when I'm nearby with my partner and enjoy a treat that's truly wonderful. A few pieces of caramel fluer de sel or a fine pastry and cup of tea can turn a good day into an amazing day. We're blessed to have this gem in our little state.

  The best chocolates in VT!! Family run business. Beautiful chocolates and Swiss pastries handmade in small batches using excellent ingredients to make an excellent final product. Definitely 5 stars!!!
